We may from time to time use your personal data to send you information about our products, services and promotions and those of the entities within our group, which we believe may be of interest to you. At the time we onboard you, we will ask you to provide your express consent to being contacted for such purposes. We will process your personal data if you give us your consent in accordance with the law. Our account opening mandate and agreements (including our General Terms and Conditions) contain express provisions regarding your consent, pursuant to which you authorise us to process your personal data.
However, we will not be able to provide you with certain products or services as a result of such withdrawal.
Notwithstanding the withdrawal of your consent, we may still continue to collect and process your personal data if we are obliged to do so pursuant to our regulatory or statutory requirements [or if this is necessary pursuant to a contract to which we are a party].
